Ms. Amber

Mom/Director

This is my mommy, but everybody calls her Ms. Amber.  Amber graduated Marina High School in Huntington Beach, where she grew up.  She earned her associate’s degree in child development at Golden West College then her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Long Beach State University all while teaching at Land Preschool in the Westminster School District.  Amber then went to work for the Downey Unified School District, teaching 1st, 2nd and 4th grades, including special programs as well as performing administrative work and serving as a resource specialist.  While teaching in Downey, Amber earned her master’s degree in educational management from the University of Laverne.  Amber also holds her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential as well as her Administrative Services Credential and her C.L.A.D. certificate.

Ms. Melody

Gramma/Teacher

This is my Gramma, Ms. Melody. Melody graduated Marina High school in 1973.  She has possessed a home day care state license for the past 15 years.  Along with her home day care business, Melody has also served as a counselor for  troubled teens in Juvenile Hall in the County of Orange for 4 years.  Melody has also taught preschool-aged children in Sunday school at Calvary Chapel as well as leading a bible study for high schoolers at Marina High School.  Melody completed her E.C.E (Early Childhood Education) units at Vanguard University.

Ms. Kristy

Aunt/Teacher

This is my Aunt, Kristy.  Kristy Graduated Marina High School in 2007.  She promptly enrolled at Goldenwest College where she earned her E.C.E. units.  Kristy has excellent teaching instincts and plans on being a career teacher.  Kristy's experience includes occasionally helping her mother with her home day care business.  Kristy is currently working on earning her bachelor's degree.  Kristy plans on going to graduate school in order to pursue a career in child psychology.

Ms. Jenna

Teacher

This is Ms. Jenna.  Ms. Jenna graduated from Valley Christian High School in 2004.  She earned her E.C.E. units from Long Beach Community College.  Jenna is pursuing a career in teaching at the elementary level and eventually wants to teach high school.  Previously Jenna has worked as an assistant and a teacher at the preschool level.  Jenna also worked in medical marketing.

Mr. Matt

Dad/President/Cook 

This is my daddy, Mr. Matt.  Matt Graduated Liberty Christian High School in Huntington Beach in 1992.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in English from Chapman University in 1997.  Matt then worked in medical administration as well as property management for 10 years.  Mr. Matt pays the bills and cooks our food for us.

Ms. Michelle

Teacher

Ms. Michelle graduated Los Alamitos High School in 2005.  She then earned her associates degree from Golden West College in Huntington Beach. Ms. Michele is currently working towards a degree in her double major in child development and family studies/family life education. After earning her bachelor's degree, Michelle plans on taking time off to work as a child life specialist in a hospital setting before returning to school to complete her masters in education.

Ms. Divina

This is my Aunt Divina.  Ms. Divina graduated Marina High School in 2008 and is currently a freshman at Orange Coast College.  Ms. Divina loves working with children but plans on pursuing a career in Architecture.  

Ms. Ann

This is Ms. Ann.  Ms. Ann graduated Los Alamitos High School in 2004.  Ann then attended the Career Academy of Beauty and has been employed as a hair dresser.  Ann plans on pursuing a career in teaching and possibly a role playing Ariel at Disneyland.  Ann is currently working on obtaining her E.C.E. units.

Ms. Melanie

This is Ms. Melanie.  Ms. Melanie graduated from John F. Kennedy High School and is a worship leader at Calvary Chapel of the Harbor.  Ms. Melanie is currently a sophomore at Cypress College and plans on taking her E.C.E (early childhood education) units to become a preschool teacher.
